While wedding planning can feel like a whirlwind a times, I can tell you each decision is worth it to bring your dream day to life. In the release of your full gallery you will have a slideshow highlighting many of the important and memorable moments from your wedding weekend. From guests first arrival of the welcome party to the casual moments as your after party festivities begin and everything in between.
SLIDESHOW
What does the post wedding process look like? Following your wedding the film rolls are off to the lab for development and processing. Afterwards, they send me digital scans of your rolls for me to fine tune and perfect. From there, all images (digital and film) are color corrected to look cohesive and seamless.
You can anticipate fine edits on couple portraits, ceremony and formal moments of the reception. This includes (but is not limited to) the removal of exit signs, unwanted background objects (like possible beach tourist) and stray hairs. This process takes time and will usually result in a 6 to 8 week turn around time for your images. I find they are worth the wait knowing you will have perfect images for the rest of your lives!
GALLERY
These two chose to have a first look knowing the wedding ceremony would run close to sunset. It worked out to allow them to have the most beautiful sunlight all wedding long! The ceremony ended just in time for cocktail hour at twilight followed by dancing all night long.
Katie and Grant chose to see each other for the first time down the aisle. Don't ever feel pressure to have to include a first look if you've always dreamt of the aisle moment. This wedding worked beautifully with a well orchestrated timeline to ensure the best lighting at all moments.
